This section is involved in marketing of our products to different clients in entire K.S.A Our sales Engineers are highly qualified electrical engineers capable to discuss any kind of project details to client. By the closed coordination between Sales Engineers and Technical Department delivered best offer and understand the needs and necessities of the customer in terms of proper selection, service, price and delivery time. We also welcome enquiries for tender purposes from different general contractors who are bidding in mega projects.

This section is responsible for estimation enquiries, panel design and drawings for submittal and production. These steps are taken under the consideration of client’s requirement and also acceptable standards like IEC, B.S, NEMA, SASO and others as per the clients and projects needs. the department uses SIMARIS software which is computer based software for L.V network short circuit calculation, sizing of cable, MCCB protection, selectivity and discrimination studies. Drafting work is also done with the aid of AUTOCAD software. We have development our own libraries for symbols and schematic diagrams and panel layouts to speed up the process. From this section, Project Engineers coordinate with Sales Engineer to follow up the status of projects, checking the components delivery status.
The Procurement department is responsible for purchasing locally and abroad all required material for panels. They have to bring in all the materials on time to avoid delay in production. This division is equipped with computerized inventory system for maximum stock monitoring and efficient store keeping.
The department is having the best skilled and highly qualified engineers & technicians and skilled works. From supervisors down to the electricians, we client’s their panels are manufactured as per their requirements and specification which are mentioned in approved drawing and delivery on time. QETAF production consists of various machines like CNC machine, welding machine, hydraulic machine, Bus bar cutting machine and spray painting guns. Power coating oven is also included.
The department checks the product quality and does different types of test as per IEC standard on panel Boards. During production QC inspector checks stage inspection while assembling is being done according to standard and specifications or not and before delivery the panels are thoroughly finally checked, tested and issued a Warranty Certificate with test Certificate. 2.6. FINANCE DEPARTMENT The department is involved in accounts matters such as billing & invoicing on finished products, payment collections and payrolls preparation. This section also looks into financing of orders and projects on hand are scheduled and taken care properly.
The HR Department is involved in recruitment of manpower and to attend to all needs of every worker in terms of Laboure relations, accommodation, medical, conveyance, vacations & leaves and other matters necessary to make every worker in good working and living condition.
